To help cope with my anxiety, I love to journal, meditate or just have some “me time” to rewind.

Eat Well and Drink Plenty of Water 🥗

It goes without saying that the food you put into your body can have a huge effect on the way you look and feel both inside and out. Eating well doesn’t have to feel like a chore either. You can still enjoy all of the usual things you would eat, but you could simply add a handful of delicious fruits or vegetables onto the side of it. Making sure you drink enough water is also very important for healthy, glowing skin. There is often a lot of conflicting advice about how much water you should really be drinking each day in order to stay hydrated, but you need to make this judgment call for yourself. Around eight large glasses of water each day should be the ideal amount to fuel your body and give you a beautiful, dewy glow.

Moving your body regularly and enjoying frequent exercise is the perfect way to create an inner glow. The endorphins you gain from exercising will help to boost your mood and create a healthy regimen for your body.
