REVIEW // She’s In Parties by Melt Cosmetics

Hello, my pumpkins! Today, I am sharing with you my She’s In Parties palette review. This is actually not a recent launch and for some reason, I didn’t love the palette as much the first time I saw it but oh my, it is such a gorgeous palette and I don’t regret buying it whatsoever.

Now, if you want to know my honest thoughts on this palette, then keep on reading. Don’t forget to check out my previous post: HOW TO STYLE FAUX LEATHER PANTS.

She’s In Parties Palette Review

Product Information

This palette retails for 48$ and contains 15.8oz of product. It offers 3 shades in a matte finish and 5 shades in a metallic finish, all with “moody plum tones”. According to the brand, “this elegant eyeshadow palette will quickly become your favorite accessory—here to make all of your goth fantasies come true”.

Going from left to right the shades are:

Skeleton Kiss (creamy bone with a rose gold shift)

Strange Love (muted lavender with a lilac shift)

Total Immortal (muted lilac)

Last Caress (sweet lovely mauve)

She’s in Parties (burgundy frost with copper and pink reflects)

Sleep Walk (deep plum)

Meanstreak (darkest plum)

Lost Control (dusky deep plum with a black base)

This palette is cruelty-free. It is available at Sephora and Melt Cosmetics official website.

Packaging 5/5

These eyeshadows come in the most beautiful plum packaging with rose gold ornament designed all over the palette. Like most Melt Cosmetics palettes, this one has a rectangular shape with a magnetic opening.
On top of that, I love the fact that it’s small and compact so it’s easy to store and to travel with! It also comes with a mirror that takes the size of the palette and the eyeshadows are beautifully presented on a black-colored pan, which I love because it allows the shades to stand out!

Formula 5/5

Concerning the formula, this palette performs like a dream! In general, the eyeshadows blend so perfectly well, they are extremely pigmented and they do not look streaky or chalky.

Now, I love that the shade “Total Immortal” appears very pigmented on the eyes. To be honest, I thought that it would be so light that it wouldn’t appear but no, it looks so beautiful on the eyes! All of the other matte shades perform wonderfully, especially the darkest shade “Meanstreak”, it’s so pigmented and soft, and it appears as dark on the eyes, as it does on the pan. The metallic shades also perform beautifully, they don’t all have the same finish, some of them are more metallic than others (which is actually written on the description of the palette) but they all look stunning on the eyes! I especially love “Strange love”, I find the shade so unique and beautiful!

Concerning the color palette, I absolutely love it. As the brand describes, it has moody plum tones, it’s very dark and gothic, which I love. I usually don’t love purple palettes but this one is truly beautiful and goes well with my style. I also love the fact that you can create many different looks with it (stay tuned for a post 😉).

Conclusion – She’s in parties palette review 10/10

To conclude, I absolutely love this palette! The formula is on point, the color palette is a gothic dream and the packaging is stunning. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a wonderful purple palette with a more gothic vibe. It’s definitely more expensive than other palettes but it’s totally worth it, especially if you see yourself using it a lot, like me.

That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed reading this review. If you did, don’t forget to give it a ‘like’ and to subscribe to my blog.
