REVIEW // Rosewater Daily Cleansing Gel by Good Molecules

Happy Wednesday! Today, I am sharing with you my Good Molecules Rosewater Cleanser review! I actually received this product as a gift from the brand and before a couple of days ago, I never had the opportunity to try it. What happened is that I had an intense allergic reaction to a product and my skin turned extremely dry, red, and sensitive. I couldn’t carry on with my regular routine, specifically with my cleanser that contains Salicylic acid, so I decided to try this cleanser to calm my skin.

Now, if you want to know my honest thoughts on this product, then keep on reading! Don’t forget to check out my previous post: A COMPLETE GUIDE TO SELF-CARE.

Good Molecules Rosewater Cleanser Review

Product Information

This cleanser retails for 12$ and contains 120ml/4 fl oz of product.

The brand describes it as a daily gentle cleanser for ” a comfortably clean skin”. It is “infused with antioxidant-rich rosewater”, and “soothes and balances all skin types”. It “gently purifies skin of dirt, oil, and makeup without disrupting its natural moisture balance”. It also claims to brighten, clarify, and soften your skin.

This product is vegan and cruelty-free. It is available on Beautylish and Good Molecules’ official website.

Packaging 4/5

The packaging of this cleanser is relatively simple yet looks very cute and nice. It comes in a glass bottle with a pump and an orange sticker that has all of the information written on it. I love that the packaging is environmentally friendly and the pump makes it easier to dispense the product. It’s obviously not my favorite looking-product but it’s a 12$ cleanser, and I am not looking for more. The only negative thing is that it might be a hazard when traveling but like I mentioned a couple of times before, glass packaging never bothered me.

Formula 5/5

Concerning the formula, this cleanser performs exactly like the brand claims. It is extremely gentle but very effective at the same time. It cleans your skin extra well while keeping it super hydrated. It does not dry it out whatsoever and I actually used this cleanser when my skin was punishingly dry so, you can tell it’s good! Moreover, it is soothing, refreshing, and is not irritative. I loved how it felt on my skin and it actually did reduce my redness and leave my skin looking brighter and cleaner!

Conclusion – Good Molecules Rosewater cleanser review 9/10

To conclude, I absolutely love this cleanser and would highly recommend it if you have a dry and sensitive skin. It is very effective yet very gentle, soothing and hydrating! I am definitely going to keep this bottle for when I will need to repair my skin a second time.

That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed reading this review. If you did, don’t forget to give it a ‘like’ and to subscribe to my blog.

I’m sorry you had an allergic reaction to a product you used, but it’s great that this cleanser is gentle, effective & helped your skin! I also like that it’s in a glass bottle, but like you said it wouldn’t be the best to travel with.
