Hello and happy Wednesday! Today, I am sharing with you my Tower 28 lip gloss review. This gloss actually appeared in my list of lip gloss favorites a couple of weeks ago but I know that an official review is long overdue so here it is!
Now, don’t forget to check out my previous post: INCLUSIVITY IN THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY, and let’s get into it!
Tower 28 Lip Gloss Review
Product Information

This lip gloss retails for 14$ and contains 3.9ml of product. It is available in 10 shades. I have the shades Cashew which is a rosy brown and Spicy which is a bright red
The brand describes this product as a non-sticky and moisturizing formula that gives “a soft, shiny [finish] with a touch of color” to the lips. According to the brand, “this lip jelly, which has the shine of a gloss, the comfort of a balm, and a touch of juicy translucent color, uses a unique blend of five nurturing oils to soothe and protect lips from drying and peeling”. Apricot Kernel, Raspberry seed, and Rosehip oil.
The product is also vegan and cruelty-free. It is available at Sephora and Tower28’s official website.
Packaging 5/5

These lip glosses come in a beautiful clear container, with the logo written on the tube and a fun sun design imprinted at the top. The logo and the drawing has a purple color for the shade “Spicy” and a light beige color for the shade “Cashew”. The packaging is extremely simple yet so beautiful and fun. I love that you can see the color of the gloss. And, like most glosses, these two come with a flexible doe-foot applicator.
Formula 5/5
Now on to the formula, these glosses, exactly like described, are extremely comfortable and feel so buttery on the lips. They have the right amount of pigmentation, they give a beautiful sheer colour to your lips and make your lips look extremely juicy and glossy. Both don’t have a shimmery or a metallic finish, they just give an extremely glossy finish, which I love! Like most lip glosses, they are not long-lasting but they are the perfect products to wear on a daily basis, to be honest. I enjoyed wearing the shade “Spicy” in the summer because it is such a refreshing and fun colour. “Cashew” is perfect for a neutral look. It is such a subtle and beautiful nude colour that I’ve been wearing almost every day. In general, I love the shade selection that the brand offers in this formula. These lip glosses also have a very subtle play-doo scent, I would say but which does not bother me at all. It doesn’t go on my face so I don’t care, really. Moreover, the scent does not actually linger.

Conclusion – Tower 28 lip gloss review 10/10
To conclude, I absolutely love these two glosses and highly recommend them. The formula is literally my second favorite of all time (the first one being by Fenty Beauty) and they come at a pretty good price. They are not the cheapest in the market but for this amazing formula, they are totally worth the price!
That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed reading this review. If you did, don’t forget to give it a ‘like’ and to subscribe to my blog.
