Hello, my pumpkins! I hope you are all doing well. Today, I am sharing with you my Marc Jacobs Bronzer review. I am sorry if I have been MIA lately but I needed a break last week to focus on a project for my summer class.
If you want to know my honest thoughts on this bronzer then keep on reading and don’t forget to check out my previous post: 50 FACTS ABOUT ME
Marc Jacobs Bronzer Review
This bronzer retails for 49$ and comes with 25g/0.08oz of product. It comes in three different shades. I have the darkest one which is 106 Tantalize.
Marc Jacobs describes this product as “a universally flattering, seamless matte bronzer in a glossy white compact”. They claim that this “micro-fine, jet-milled powder blends effortlessly for a flawless, radiant-matte finish that looks great on all skin tones”. This bronzer is supposed to give a sun-kissed and seamless look and is ultra-blendable.
This bronzer comes in a glossy white compact packaging that looks absolutely beautiful. It looks and feels very luxurious. It feels heavy and, I don’t know, just super luxurious in general. I love the simple clean white packaging and I love the size of it. This bronzer is huge and I love the huge mirror it comes with. For some people, the size of this packaging might be a hazard but for me, it is ideal because I don’t need to carry with me a mirror when I travel. I have this bronzer. Awesome no?
Now, concerning the formula, I really love how this bronzer performs. Like the brand describes it, it blends effortlessly and beautifully on the cheek and it gives this gorgeous sun-kissed look. It’s also very pigmented which is nice and you can easily bronze your whole body with it. I also like the finish. It’s matte, it looks nice of the skin.
What I love the most in this bronzer is the scent. It smells like the beach, like coconut and cream. It smells so good yet very light and not artificial. I absolutely love the scent and would bath myself in it.
Finally, the only thing I dislike in this bronzer is the shade range. How are three shades supposed to represent all skin tones and skin undertones? And how I am using the darkest shade in their range even though my skin tone is light with yellow undertones? This makes zero sense😛. Obviously, I don’t have a dark skin tone so only a person with a dark complexion can tell me if it works well. But to me, it does not look inclusive. At all.
Conclusion – Marc Jacobs Bronzer review 9/10
To conclude, I love this bronzer and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I love how it performs, how good it smells, and how beautiful the packaging is. Like I mentioned above, I just wish they would come up with more shades to be more inclusive. I am also pretty sure that this bronzer will last me years😛 so that’s cool!
