Hello my lovely pumpkins and happy monday! Today, I am sharing with you my Glossier lash slick review. It’s taking me so much time to publish my review on Glossier’s products just because I have so much to review and have no time whatsoever 😛. But well, better late than never, right?
If you want to know my honest Glossier lash slick review, then keep on reading. And, don’t forget to check out my previous post : SUMMER TRY-ON CLOTHING HAUL ✨
Glossier lash slick review
Product information
This mascara retails for 16$ and contains 8.5g of product. It is described as a lengthening and smudge proof mascara.
Glossier claims that this mascara “curls and sculpts as it lengthens, creating a natural “baby extension” effect without clumping” and is “water-resistant (not waterproof), so it washes off easily with warm water or Milky Oil at the end of your day”. It is also meant to condition your lashes and is suitable for sensitive eyes.
This product is of course, cruelty-free and you can get your hands on it via Glossier’s website.
Packaging 4/5
This mascara comes in the cutest pink packaging. I love that it follows Glossier’s dreamy aesthetic while being super simple at the same time. Pink is definitely not my colour but I still think it’s really cute. Also, I absolutely love the flexible wand, it makes the application way easier. Other than that, the packaging is pretty simple and I have nothing to add really…it’s a mascara 😛.
Formula 3/5
Concerning the formula, this mascara performs wonderfully and exactly like Glossier claims it. I love how it separates the lashes and elongates them. However, it does not nothing with volume (it does not claim too) and doesn’t keep the lashes up at all and I think that’s what bothers me the most with this mascara. It has a very natural effect, maybe a bit too natural for my liking. On another hand, I love how it performs on my bottom lashes, it makes them look super long and black, which I love. Moreover, the mascara does not make the lashes look clumping whatsoever and it layers wonderfully.
Another positive note, is that it’s so easy to remove this mascara. I never enjoyed removing my mascara but this mascara is a dream to remove at the end of the day, when you are super tired.
Conclusion – Glossier lash slick review 7/10
To conclude, I think this mascara is okay. It performs exactly like Glossier claims it but not more. I definitely will continue using this mascara for my bottom lashes and for days I don’t feel like wearing any makeup. But I don’t think I’ll ever repurchase it as I prefer more voluminous mascaras that keep my lashes up 😛.
That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed reading this review. If you did, don’t forget to give it a ‘like’ and to subscribe to my mailing list.

yeah, it does not do much :/ definitely do, it’s not their best product! I highly recommend their blushes if I ever get the chance to order from them
Blushes, stretch concealer and boy brow are on top of my wishlist!

yess!!!
Thanks for this review!! I think I will pass on this one, I think I need something that adds a bit more curl.
Author
yes exactly!! you’re welcome and thanks for passing by ❤️❤️❤️
The “natural lashes” effect can be tricky! I totally agree with you, since I have short and straight lashes (they’re not naturally curved) I prefer when the mascara can hold my lashes a bit more !

yes I have the same issue! That mascara would be ideal for someone who already has curled lashes and just want to darken and elongate them!! Thanks for the comment😍😍
I’m all for drugstore mascaras when it comes to makeup. I think that packing again is lovely, but not the formula for me to be honest. I would not try it probably, because of that. Lovely review as always. xx

Yess I totally understand. I will always love my Essence mascara. It’s truly one of the best mascaras I’ve ever used. Thank you so much ❤️
