REVIEW // Tan Bronze & Glow palette by Natasha Denona

Hello my pumpkins and happy monday! Today, I am sharing with you my Natasha Denona bronze and glow palette review. This is actually a palette I’ve been eyeing for a long-time because it looks absolutely gorgeous and I finally decided to purchase it when my Amrezy highlighter by ABH expired! On another note, this review took me a while to write, for some reason, so please enjoy the read 😛.

Now, let’s just get into and don’t forget to check out my previous post : REVIEW // Palette Perfection Eye Quad by Lilah B.

Product information

This midi palette retails for 55$ and contains three highlighters and one blush :

–  0.09 oz/ 2.8 g Glow Cream Base
– 0.12 oz/ 3.5 g Super Glow
– 0.11 oz/ 3.2 g Glow Impact Powder
– 0.08oz/ 2.5 g Blush & Bronze Powder

Natasha Denona describes it as a face palette with an “alluring bronze, creamy tan, and incandescent champagne”. Each product is supposed to offer you a different experience : the cream highlighter is “a hydrating, luminous, cream highlighter to give skin the ultimate lit-from-within, radiant glow”. The golden highlighter is “a super-soft highlighting powder that gives skin an intense, ethereal, glass-like glow”. The champagne highlighter “is a multidimensional, metallic highlighting powder with a soft-focus HD finish and a velvety-smooth texture.” And finally, the blush “is a powder with a smooth, velvety texture that melts into skin for seamless shaping, effortless blending, and maximum comfort”

This palette is cruelty-free and is available at Sephora or Natasha Denona’s official website

Packaging 5/5

This palette comes in a bronzed hard-plastic packaging with a magnetic opening. The top part is actually two dimensional and the whole outer packaging is mirror-like. In general, the palette looks and feels expensive but at the same time, is pretty standard.  What’s beautiful is the inside. First of all, I love the patterns on the Glow Impact Powder highlighter. Second of all, I love the fact that it contains a big mirror. And finally, I love how the shades are displayed with the names on the side. I also love the hard-plastic protector on the two shades above. It makes it easy to keep the palette clean. I just love the details of the inside packaging!

Visually, all of the shades look so beautiful together and the color of the outer packaging complements very well the color scheme of this palette.

I also want to add that this palette is very travel-friendly. I can literally imagine how easier it will make my life when I travel and don’t want to carry a thousand products with me.

Formula 4/5

Now on to the formula, I really love how each of these complexion products performs. Each shade has beautiful pigmentation and applies beautifully on the cheeks/cheekbones.

The two powder highlighters are neither too blinding nor too subtle. They both have the perfect amount of glow. The golden shade is more on the glittery side but still has this wet finish. On a side note, this shade does not match my skin tone but I like to mix it up with the other highlighter. The champagne shade looks absolutely stunning and gives this beautiful subtle metallic wet glow. The blush has a shade very close to being a bronzer and as Natasha Denona describes, it blends seamlessly and effortlessly. It’s actually my favorite product in this palette and I love that it has this satin finish because it does not look flat like a regular matte blush or matte bronzer would. The cream highlighter is the one product I don’t like because I find it lacks pigmentation and the shade doesn’t look nice on my skin tone. Also, I did not like the formula as much. I didn’t find it to look wet or glowy. In fact, I found it did nothing 😛.

The only two negative things I have to say about the highlighters are that they can lightly emphasize texture on the skin which sucks because my skin does have bad days 😛. Another thing to mention is that all of the powder products have a lot of kickback, they are very powdery. So now, I kind of understand why a plastic protector was needed. Personally, such detail does not bother me at all.

Conclusion – Natasha Denona bronze and glow palette review 9/10

To conclude, I really love this palette. It truly makes you look like a bronzed goddess/god!! The formula is great and the packaging is beautiful and thoughtful. This palette does work for limited skin tones. I have a light skin tone with yellow/warm undertones but only two products work perfectly on me. I still do not regret my purchase but it sucks that I’ll have to wait till I am tanned to use the other shades 😂. Either way, I do recommend this palette if you are looking for a nice bronzed complexion palette because this one is truly amazing 👌.

That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed reading this review. If you did, don’t forget to give it a ‘like’ and to subscribe to my mailing list.

It looks so pretty! I bet it gives the Glowy Goddess look XD too bad that the cream one is not great. I just got the Sunset palette by her. It was the product I wanted the most in her collection and today was 50% off on Sephora italy, so crazy. A deal that I couldn’t pass one. I can wait to test it!
