Packaging 4.5/5

This face cream comes in the most beautiful and luxurious packaging ever. It comes in a glass jar that has a pentagon shape, which I am obsessed with. Moreover, it has a black lid and a simple yellow label. I actually love the label with the vintage type of font and overall I love the packaging, it is just so pretty, simple and thoughtfully made.

On another note, jars for face creams, can be extremely unsanitary because you just dip your fingers in the cream and you don’t know what kind of bacterias you could be transferring in the product. I usually make sure my hands are extremely clean before dipping my finger in the product so I’ve never encountered any issues with that, but I thought it was important for me to mention.

Another “negative” thing I would say is that the packaging is not travel-friendly. The jar could break in your skincare travel bag even though it does not feel fragile at all. Like I mentioned several times, that does not bother me. I have my tricks for products in glass packaging and I never had an issue with them while traveling but again, I thought I would mention it.

Formula 5/5

Concerning the formula, this cream is truly a non-sticky honey barrier for the skin. It has the most unique consistency that truly moisturizes and nourishes the skin. My skin feels so smooth, soft and moisturized after using it. On top of that, the cream is rich but does not feel heavy whatsoever, it absorbs really quickly into the skin. This cream is truly a miracle and has a been life-saviour for my skin in the Canadian winter. On the long term, my skin started feeling more nourished and bright. Nothing major but enough for me to notice a difference.

I don’t think this cream would be ideal for my skin type in the summer because my t-zone does become very oily and I think this cream is too rich for oily skin types. I will keep using it though and I will let you know on my Instagram.

Conclusion – Honey glow cream review 9.5/10

To conclude, I absolutely love this face cream. The formula is on point and is very unique compared to all of the face creams I’ve tried before. On top of that, I love the packaging. It looks very luxurious despite the average price. I definitely think this moisturizer is worth the 32$ and I think for next winter, I’ll purchase another jar. In fact, I am ready for more I’m From products. Their products look absolutely wonderful (hinting at the Rice toner which I really want to try) and so unique!

That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed reading this review. If you did, don’t forget to give it a ‘like’ and to subscribe to my mailing list.
