Overtime Mask by Summer Fridays
On top of my list is this physical exfoliator by Summer Fridays. This mask does not only smell like pumpkins, it removes all of the dead skin leaving your skin feeling extra smooth and ready for your makeup base. I’ve been using it for a month already and I can’t imagine my AM skincare routine without it!
OleHenriksen cream
You know how I love the OleHenriksen’s truth serum, how I think it is the best vitamin C serum you could ever ask for. Well, I finally tried their brightening cream and it is as amazing. It is very moisturizing, it absorbs quickly into the skin and it leaves your skin looking plumped!
Reusable cotton pads
Did you know that cotton pads contain plastic? When I found out that they do [about three months ago], I decided to go for reusable cotton pads but I couldn’t find ones anywhere. I did end up finding at a store next to my apartment. Reusable cotton pads are less harmful for the environment, they are easy maintain and they do the job. They are actually even more gentle on the eyes than regular cottons.

Brown animal print purse
Another wonderful add to my bag collection. This brown animal print bag is cute, it adds a touch of elegance and it goes with everything! Plus, I don’t actually own a brown bag so that’s good.
Black Film Festival in Montreal
This week marks the begining of the black film festival in Montreal. It’s a festival that celebrates the diversity in the film industry, whether it’s in front of the camera or behind the camera. I really loved being invited to the opening ceremony, it was such an honor and we got to watch the movie “Harriet”. Stay tuned for my review but I loved it. Watching it in this context, amongst people who felt really hard for this movie, was an amazing experience.
Movie: Ad Astra [2019]
If there’s one movie I recommend watching at the cinema this month is “Ad Astra”. This movie is to experience on the big screen because of how breathtaking the visuals are. I mean if you’ve always thought that space was gorgeous, James Gray shows you that it is astonishing. Plus, Brand Pitt’s performance is outstanding.
That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed this post and if you did, don’t forget to give it a ‘like’ and to follow my blog.

I was very curious about Ad Astra, it just didn’t look interesting to me but maybe I need to see it on the big screen and truly understand the plot. I always want to invest in reusable cotton pads too, it’s certainly much cheaper and economically friendly.

it’s a very slow and psychological movie, I don’t know if that’s your style but I personally loved it! Thank you for passing by xx
