Hello my dear pumpkins!!
A week ago I asked you guys on twitter if you are interested to see my collection of scented candles and surprisingly, I got a lot of positive responses and so many of you really wanted to see my collection. I am so shocked but so happy at the same time cause I have an unhealthy obsession with scented candles and the ones from Bath And Body Works are my favorites! So, today, I am sharing with you my collection, only one of my collection is old but the rest is brand new. I love Bath and Body works candles because they are not just scented candles, they are amazing pieces of decoration.
I got this post’s idea from Kathleen Lights by the way, she shared a Bath And Body Works Haul and I loved the idea, I was gonna buy lots of scented candles either ways so I thought, why not share my haul with you!
So, keep on reading if you want to see my collection and see my attempt at describing the scents …I am also mentioning at the end a few scented candles I wanted to purchase but didn’t end up getting for diverse reasons.
So I am starting with the oldest one in my collection who’s one year old actually, I got it last year at the sales as well cause honestly, who buys Bath&Body Works products at their full price. Not me anyways.
This one has a gorgeous packaging; the jar is transparent and takes the color of the wax inside which has a vanilla color, the lid is rose gold and the image on the candle goes very nicely with the theme of this candle which rustic but chic [rose gold :P]. The scent is mainly Chamomille, it smells really soft and sweet. This is probably the only flowery scent I like cause it’s very soothing. These are the photos that I think would best represent the scent of this candle.
This one is my current favorite, it’s the one I am currently lighting so that my living room feels nice and warm. The packaging is, again, absolutely gorgeous, it really goes hand in hand with the scent which is supposed to be cozy and autumn-y. The lid is so pretty, it’s kind of bronze and has mountains and trees as decoration which would typically be the location of a camp during autumn. The jar is transparent and the wax is vanilla white which looks pretty with the photo and the lid.
Concerning the fragrance, it really smells like marshmallow fireside, I mean when I smell it, I imagine myself in the woods, by the fire, eating melted marshmallow under my blanket. When I light it, it gives my living room this cozy feeling that I just love. The scent is made with “Cedarwood & Palo Santo Essential Oils with notes of Toasted Marshmallow & Vanilla”. The scent is sweet but not too sweet, it’s kind of like a sweet woody smell. I think in the fragrance world, you call that an amber scent

This is my least favorite because it is way too sweet and fruity but I do like the feel it gives me, it definitely gives me a joyful, Christmas Day vibe, not Christmas eve, more Christmas Day, early in the morning when the sun hits really hard and it’s so bright because of the white snow.
The packaging is very festive, it’s holographic and has a hint of red [because of the red wax inside], the lid is simple and silver but still goes beautiful with the vibe. It comes from the “White Barn” collection so I think they are trying to give this festive, cozy and rustic vibe which I think is definitely what I am getting when I smell it.
The fragrance is made with “Fresh Apple, Frosted Cranberries, Sugared Raspberry, Creamy Musk”.

Balsam And Firewood
This is my second current favorite scent because it’s more on the spicy/woody side and it gives me this warm and cozy feeling. When I smell this candle, I imagine myself in my house at the mountains, next to the chimney, rolled up in my blanket, having a great time my family, eating cheese and bread, while drinking wine.
The packaging is very simple yet so chic; the jar is gray, a bit transparent and the lid is silver. This candle is also part of the “White Barn” collection.
The fragrance is made with “Cedarwood, Cardamom, White Birch”, I love it because it’s not too strong and if you keep smelling it, it is kind of sweet.

Tis The Season
This candle has the weirdest and best combination of scents ever because it smells woody, spicy and sweet at the same time, how amazing is this but the combination just works so well together. This definitely gives me a festive, joyful vibe, a bit like “Iced Crannapel” but this one has a warmer and more family vibe, this is definitely the kind of scent you’d except for the holidays and for a Christmas party.
The packaging is also very Christmas-y, I mean the jar is red but it’s the Santa red, it has a silver lid and touches of silver, which is basically the holidays typical colors.
The scent is made with “Red Apple, Sweet Cinnamon, Cedarwood”

I didn’t find any nice photos to represent this candle but I am sure you get the idea.
Some I wanted, but didn’t get
Spiced Gingerbread Swirl
The description of this one is: “this is what Christmas smells like”. Well if that’s Christmas in a scented candle THEN I WANT IT!! Plus, look how cute the packaging is
Cinnamon Clove Buds
The name of this candle is the cutest thing ever and the packaging is the second cutest thing ever. Plus, the scent is cinnamon, I would drown in a candle scented like cinnamon, it’s my favorite scent ever!!
Caramel Pumpkin Swirl
Autumn-y scents are my favorites so I had to mention this, it’s caramel, cinnamon and vanilla, oh my god, this scent must be amazing!! The packaging is also, so cute!
So here you go, I am happy I got to share with you my obsession with scented candles. I currently have a headache because of all the candles I smelled in order to describe it to you but well, I hope you enjoyed reading this post, don’t forget to give it like and to follow my blog!
