Hello my pumpkins and welcome back!
So if you guys are not aware, I am moving out to Canada in a few days so I already started packing and the hardest part of packing when you are moving out in another country is to sort things out and, basically, to declutter you makeup collection. Even though it was very hard to get rid of some makeup products, here are the things I am leaving behind. [Don’t confuse this post with an Empties cause these products are not empty, I am giving them away to my sisters.]
I don’t use all of these palettes anymore so I thought it was stupid to keep them. Plus, I am sure I’ll get the chance to buy new ones once I am in Canada. I already intend going to Sephora on the first day 😛
I enjoyed using all of these palettes except the All I See Is Magic by Colourpop because there are barely 3 matte shades in this palette and you don’t have a lot of diversity to create different looks. Plus, the shades are deja-vu.
I don’t think these two do anything on me so it’s useless for me to keep them! I don’t really recommend them.
ok, these two are probably expired but either ways, I don’t really recommend them; the benefit one has good coverage but it oxidizes on me and it creases. The NYX one is just not that good.
These Fit Me! Foundations do not match me whatsoever, they looks way too pink on me. I purchased them for the film shooting I was working for [I was the makeup artist as well]
Very expired! I do recommend them though, I wouldn’t use the self-tanner [Honey Bronze Drops of Sun by The Body Shop] on its own as it clings on to my dry patches but I loved mixing it with my foundation.
Baked to last bronzer by the body shop, I like it a lot but it’s expired so b-bye!
That Becca Soft Light Blurring Setting Powder is a mess, honestly, it’s shimmery even though it’s meant to set your concealer, like what?
I don’t use these 3 palettes by Sephora anymore so I thought my sister would be happy to have them and that highlighter by Tarte [this is the Amazonian clay highlighter] does not look good on me, it’s way too light on me
I have so many mascaras that I needed to get rid of those I never use and/or don’t like anymore. Plus, those two glittery ones really suck, they are from H&M. The Big shot mascara by Maybelline was replaced by the Total Temptation mascara by Maybelline, I like that latter way more.
I don’t like how these Essence Mascaras look on me, the lash princess one is too drying and the I Love Extreme Crazy Volume one does not give me volume whatsoever.
The Oh La Lash by Samoa performs well, surprisingly, but I’ve tried better.
I am sorry I don’t have the names of all the shades cause I stupidly threw some of them but here are the ones I remember:
Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor in “Seduction”: I do love this one but I have a similar shade from a cruelty-free brand and that’s better for me!
NYX Soft Matte lip Creams in “cairo” and “Zurich”: I love the formula of these liquid lipsticks but these colors [including those I didn’t mention] are WAY too light on me.
Maybelline Vivid Matte Liquid in “Nude Thrill”: This liquid lipstick has an amazing formula but again, I already own this shade from a cruelty-free brand.
NYX Powder Puff Lippie in “best buds”: I am not a fan of this shade, it looks too pink.
NYX Cosmic Metals in “retro harmony”: Again, not a fan of the shade.
MAC Matte Lipstick in “naturally transformed”: The formula is on point and the shade is gorgeous but again, I already own a similar shade form a cruelty-free brand.
Essence Long Lasting Lipstick in #7: I own better sheer lipsticks honestly.
Gloss by Makeup Forever: The shade for this one is very unique and daring but I never wear it honestly and it’s not the best gloss formula. NYX has better glosses with daring shades as well.
Color Sensational Inti-Matte Lipstick by Maybelline: Great formula but I own a similar shade from a cruelty-free brand.
Red lipstick by Makeup Forever: I have better red lipsticks honestly
Color Drama Intense Velvet Lip Pencil by Maybelline: The formula is amazing but the shade is horrible!
That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed reading this post and if you did, don’t forget to give this post a ‘like’ and to follow my blog.
