Hello my pumpkins and welcome back!
I am sorry I haven’t been very active here; since the film shooting is approaching, I barely have time to read other people’s blogposts or be active on my social media platforms but I am trying my best to stay active until the shooting starts.
Anywho, today I am sharing with you a review on the LA Girl HD Pro Concealer. This concealer is very famous in the beauty community, I know a lot of influencers who regularly use it and who actually like it, that’s one of the reasons I wanted to purchase it so if you want to know my honest opinion on this concealer then keep on reading.
This concealer retails for 5$, contains 8g of product [which is way more than the Kylie Concealer] and is available in 28 shades [including colour correcting shades].
This product’s claims are: “L.A. Girl’s HD Pro Concealer is crease-resistant with opaque coverage in a creamy, yet lightweight texture. The long-wearing formula camouflages darkness under the eyes, redness and skin imperfections. Provides complete, natural-looking coverage, evens skin tone, covers dark circles and minimizes fine lines around the eyes.”

If you live in Lebanon, like me, you can get this concealer from the Instagram online shop “TheGlamMagnet”, they are only for 12LL [cheaper than any Maybelline or L’Oreal concealers]
The packaging for this concealer is very simple, surely to keep the price down but still looks pretty. The tube is a sort of caoutchouc [it’s very flexible, you have to press on the tube to get the concealer out] and the applicator is not a doe unlike the concealer I use, it looks more like a brush. This is not necessarily my favorite way to apply a concealer but I don’t mind it at all. The packaging itself is very practical and has all of the information you need to know about the concealer on it.
Even though the packaging does not look luxurious, I still like it and I would rate it a 4/5, considering the concealer only costs 5$.
For 5$, this concealer does miracles; it has a medium coverage, is quite creamy, creaseless, lightweight and long-lasting [to some extent, I do feel like after a few hours, some of the coverage go away but it’s nothing too alarming]. If you have dry under eyes, I don’t think this concealer will sit beautifully on your skin, it’s better that you have a hydrated base to wear it and for it too look absolutely flawless.
I did try better concealers, concealers that are creamier and that blend way more easily but I am not complaining cause it’s only 5$ and for 5$ this product is amazing! Also, I’ve tried concealers that are 10$ and that are not even that good!
By the way, I have the shade “Natural” and it does not oxidize on me.
I rate the formula a 4.5/5
I really advice you to try this product out and I would definitely repurchase it; it sits beautifully on your skin [but make sure you moisturize your under-eyes], it is long-lasting, it blends easily, feels light-weight, has a good coverage [not full though] and is super cheap!
That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed reading and if you did, don’t forget to give this post a ‘like’ and to follow my blog.
