Hello my pumpkins and welcome back!
I know Sundays are for movie reviews but I already posted a review on ‘I, Tonya’, you can check it out here if you haven’t read it yet.
Today I am sharing with you my top 5 red lipsticks, I got the idea from Rossy, she recently wrote the same type of post, check it out here. The lipsticks I will mention are not necessarily classic red, some has different undertones. Basically, I will share with you my favorite different shades of red!
#5 Rouge Artist intense by Makeup Forever, in shade 42
This one was my first red lipstick ever and I still love it because it is very pigmented, the finish is very shiny [but not glossy] and it is long-lasting! This is a quite vibrant red, more on the orange-y side.
#4 Buttergloss by NYX, in shade ‘red velvet’
I recently got this one for a shooting and I fell in love with it, the color is so beautiful and super pigmented. I don’t really like the formula, only because it’s a gloss so it’s not really light-weight and long-lasting.
#3 Ultra Matte Lip by ColourPop, in shade ‘bumble’
This one doesn’t look red in photos but it is, I assure you. It’s kind of a red with warm pink undertones, super subtle, super pigmented, super long-lasting, applies easily and transfer-proof.
#2 Matte liquid lipstick by Kylie Cosmetics, in shade ‘Mary Jo K’
I love this liquid lipstick, this one was my first lip kit by Kylie Cosmetics, I got it for my birthday from my friend, Vanessa. I love the color, it’s perfect for the holidays. I also love the formula, it is very pigmented, long-lasting and easy to apply.
#1 Velour liquid lipstick by Jeffree Star Cosmetics, in shade ‘I’m Shook’
The velour liquid lipsticks by Jeffree Star are my favourite liquid lipsticks, I love their formulas, It’s unbelievable how comfortable they feel, how long-lasting they are and how smoothly they apply! I love the color, it’s like a strawberry red, perfect for summer [even though I wear it all year long]. Plus, I love the applicator!
That’s it for today. Don’t forget to give this post a ‘like’ and to follow my blog, if you’ve enjoyed reading it.
