Travel Essentials

Hello my dear pumpkins,

Today, I am going to be sharing with you all the items/products I HAVE to get with me whenever I travel. This Thursday, I am going for a four-day vacation to Turkey with my sister and a friend so I think it’s only fair that I share with you my travel essentials.

In my Carry-On bag

So the things I really to have to have with me at the airport and for the trip in general: my notebook + pen [to work on my blog, organize my posts…], a book to read [I actually finished that one yesterday so I’ll have to buy a new one at the airport], my phone charger + extra adapters [duh!!!!!], earphones [to listen to music, or talk on the phone], sleep mask, wipes [to clean my face and hands, because I always feel dirty at the airport], hair clip [because untied hair can be bothering], lip balm, medicine + plasters [in case], my wallet which includes my passport, my ID and some money, my sunglasses/ sight glasses [of course,  but I also store 2 other pairs in my suitcase], my laptop + charger  [because I want to edit a bit in the plane], and finally, my camera + charger [because I want to vlog].

I am not sure which bag I’ll be wearing at the airport but most probably my longchamp bag [because it’s big and perfect to carry my laptop and more]

In my Suitcase

Besides my clothes, panties, bras and skin care products, these are the things I really need for my trip: this cute backpack from Urban Outfitters [very practical when you are visiting a city, walking, taking photos…], my nail polish [of the color I’ll be wearing, for touch ups], my nail file [in case something happens to my nails], tweezer [that I forgot to add in this picture] and my earrings [besides the ones I’ll be wearing at the airport. You know, I have an unhealthy obsession with earrings].

In my Makeup Bag

So the makeup products I intend to bring with me are: a primer, a foundation [that has a semi-matte finish], a concealer, a translucent powder, a bronzer, a blush, a highlighter, a brow pencil, the Naked Heat Palette, a liquid eyeliner, a mascara, two lipsticks [one nude, one red] and my setting spray. I make sure that all the products I get are small, perfect for traveling, that the liquid products do not exceed 100ml [the setting spray is only 60ml]

For brushes, I’ll try to bring as less brushes as I can: my beauty blender of course, my angled brush [for bronzer], brush for blush, highlighting brush, brush for the translucent powder and 3 brushes for the eyes [one for the the lower lash line, one for the inner corner and one for the crease]. I got my makeup bag from Victoria’s Secret, it’s so spacious so all my makeup can fit inside.

That’s it for this post, I hope you enjoyed reading it and if you did, don’t forget to give it a ‘like’ and to follow my blog

+ Since I am traveling, I will not to be very active on WordPress but before leaving, I’ll post a movie review. See you next week.

xx
