Jeffree Star Cosmetics – Skin Frost + Velour Liquid lipstick Review

Good morning my pumpkins,

Today I am here with a makeup review: I am reviewing Jeffree Star’s Skin Frost and Velour Liquid Lipsticks. I got them from because Jeffree Star’s website requires PayPal and Lebanon doesn’t have PayPal [lol].

Anyways, I got three Liquid Lipsticks, ‘Gemini, ‘I’m Shook’ and ‘Androgyny’ and I got a skin frost in the shade ‘King Tut’. [Note that I got ‘Androgyny’ and ‘King Tut’ for my sister]

Skin Frost

I personally love the packaging, it is gorgeous; I love the fact that it’s all pink and that there’s a star engraved on the highlighter.

I actually didn’t know that the skin frost would come THAT big: there’s 15g of product and for the price point, I think this is amazing [I also love the huge mirror]

Concerning the formula, I will admit that this skin frost is one of the best honestly: it is so pigmented, so creamy, it is so blinding and pretty, like it claims to be.

Velour Liquid Lipsticks

Like the skin frost, I adore the packaging, it is just so pleasing to stare at and to touch. I actually love seeing them on my makeup shelf, but what I mostly love is the applicator [picture below], it makes it easier and more precise to apply the liquid lipstick with.

[If you didn’t know, ‘I’m Shook’ is a collaboration with Manny MUA so the packaging is different yet still gorgeous. I actually love it more cause it’s black and the writings and the stars are holographic]

IMG_4526.JPGThe formula is also on point: So pigmented, so creamy, not streaky or patchy and applies easily and evenly. It is not a matte lipstick, obviously because it says ‘velour liquid lipstick’ so it’s not kiss proof or transfer proof but it is quite long-lasting.

Below are some swatches of the liquid lipsticks [literally dipped in once] and highlighter [one swipe only].

That’s it for today, if you found this review to be interesting/useful, please don’t forget to give it a ‘like’ and to follow my blog.
