Dark Smokey Eye – Wedding Makeup Look

Hello my pumpkins,

Today I am sharing with you the makeup look I had for my cousin’s wedding; it’s an intense/dark smokey eye with a touch of color.

+ I wore this makeup look from 10am till 2am, so for more than 12 hours and it stayed on point till the end.

Here are the products I used to create this look

Primer: Infallible matifying base by L’Oreal [Great to diminish the appearance of pores and to smooth the skin]

Foundation: 123 perfect CC cream by Bourjois and Infallible 24h-matte foundation by L’Oreal [together makes the perfect satin finish, doesn’t look cakey, doesn’t crease, full-coverage]

Powder: Max Factor Translucent loose powder [gives an airbrush look, great to set your under eyes and face]

Bronzer: GlamBronze LaTerra by L’Oreal [gives a natural sun kissed look, blends and applies easily]

Blush: Love Flush by Too Faced [natural finish, easy to blend and apply, pigmented]

Highlighter: Colourpop Cosmetics super shock cheek highlighter in shade ‘wisp’ [super pigmented, doesn’t make your foundation look streaky] and Strobe of Genius Illuminating Palette by NYX cosmetics [very pigmented, blends well with the rest of the makeup, doesn’t make your foundation look streaky]

Brows: Brow Satin by Maybelline [pigmented but streaky] and brow design brow mascara by Bourjois [pigmented, shapes well the brows]

Eyeshadow: Sweet Peach Palette by Too Faced [check my review on it here] and eyeshadow melting powder formula by Bourjois in shade ‘Vert-igineuse 14’ [not too pigmented but okay]

‘Charmed I’m sure’ above the crease

‘Caramelized’ above the crease and outer lid + lower lash line

‘Tempting’ in the crease and outer lid + lower lash line [closer to the waterline]

‘Peach pit’ and ‘talk derby to me’ in the center and inner part of the lid

‘Vert-Igineuse 14’ in the inner corner

Fake Lashes: Provoc Strip Eyelashes 0052 [natural look yet too intense for my taste, especially that I am still not good at putting fake lashes on]

Mascara: Lash sensational luscious by Maybelline [makes your eyelashes look so voluminous, not clumpy]

Lipstick: ‘Time Square’ Ultra matte by ColourPop Cosmetics [super pigmented, long-lasting, applies easily and evenly, not streaky] and Metal lip cream by NYX cosmetics in shade ‘Metropolitain Night’ [pigmented, long-lasting, applies easily and evenly, makes the lip color pop up]

Setting Spray: Urban Decay All Nighter makeup setting spray [very long-lasting, perfect for oily skin, sets well your makeup]
