50 Shades of Orange – Makeup look

Hello my dear pumpkins, so last time I went out with some friends at a local pub near the beach; it was fun, we drank cocktails, enjoyed the music and watched the sunset. For this small party, I came out with this makeup look which is very fresh and elegant.

The products I used are the following:

Primer: Infallible Mattifying base by L’Oreal [great to diminish the appearance of pores, to smooth the skin but not great at magnifying]

Foundation: Infallible 24h-matte by L’Oreal

Powder: Max Factor Translucent loose powder [Great to set your under eyes, gives your skin an airbrush look]

Bronzer: GlamBronze La Terra by L’Oreal [gives an amazing airbrush finish, gives a natural sun kissed look]

Highlighter: True match highlighter in shade ‘Golden Glow’ by L’Oreal [doesn’t make your foundation look patchy, a little bit hard to blend, subtle glow] and Strobe of Genius, Illuminating palette by NYX cosmetics [blinding, blends well with the rest of the makeup, not patchy]

Blush: Love Flush by Too Faced in shade ‘love hangover’ [Airbrush look, blends well, pigmented]

Brows: Brow Sating by Maybelline [patchy but pigmented, hard to use]

Eyeshadow: Beauty on the go by NYX cosmetics [More or less pigmented, easy to blend]

Shade 1: above, on the crease and on the outer lid + lower lash line

Shade 2: on the crease, outer and inner lid + lower lash line

Shade 3: on the outer and inner lid

Shade 4: center of lid

Shade 5: inner corner

Eyeliner: Magnif’eyes double ended eyeshadow + Liner in shade ‘Queens of the bronzed age’ by Rimmel [very pigmented, very creamy, long-lasting however not good to use as an eyeshadow because it dries quickly and is hard to blend]

Apply the darkest shade in the waterline

Mascara: The Colossal big shot volum’ express mascara by Maybelline [gives extreme volume and length]

Lipstick: Matte lip liquid by The Body Shop in shade ‘Nairobi Camellia 034’ [very creamy and pigmented, easy to apply, not streaky, matte but not long-lasting] and Ultra matte lip by ColourPop Cosmetics in shade ‘honey pie’ [very pigmented and creamy, not streaky, easy to apply and very long-lasting]

Setting Spray: Evian Facial Spray [great to set your makeup and to moisturize your face]
